100% Service Guarantee In the event a surviving family member is not 100% satisfied with any aspect of your Dignity Memorial service, your Dignity Memorial provider will make every effort to correct the situation. If the situation cannot be corrected, your family will receive a full refund for that portion of the service. National Transferability of Prearranged Services With Dignity Memorial, prearranged services are fully transferable and will be honored by any Dignity Memorial provider within the network of Dignity Memorial funeral providers throughout the United States and Canada. If you move, and your new address is more than 75 miles from your current place of residence and your Dignity Memorial provider, your prearranged plan moves with you.
