Dignity Memorial® Benefits
Each Dignity Memorial Provider Offers:
100% Service Guarantee
In the event a surviving family member is not 100%
satisfied with any aspect of your Dignity Memorial service, your
Dignity Memorial provider will make every effort to correct the
situation. If the situation cannot be corrected, your family will
receive a full refund for that portion of the service.
National Transferability of Prearranged
Services
With Dignity Memorial, prearranged services are
fully transferable and will be honored by any Dignity Memorial provider
within the network of Dignity Memorial funeral providers throughout
the United States and Canada. If you move, and your new address
is more than 75 miles from your current place of residence and your
Dignity Memorial provider, your prearranged plan moves with you.
If there is no Dignity Memorial service provider in your new location,
all efforts will be made to find another provider to honor the guaranteed
price.
Access to Grief Management Library
Picking Up The Pieces® is an award-winning
series of video tapes designed to help people cope with the
loss of a spouse,
parent, child or any loved one. In addition to offering beneficial
advice, understanding, and counsel, this video series provides
a
valuable list of additional grief management resources.

Each Dignity Memorial Plan Includes:
Child/Grandchild Protection Program*
In the unfortunate event that an unmarried child
or grandchild (age 0-21) of yours dies, while your Dignity Memorial
Plan is in effect, your Dignity Memorial provider will provide complete
funeral or cremation services, up to the level of service of the
plan you originally selected, at no charge.
Dignity Memorial Telephone Card
In the days following the death of a loved one,
there are many people to be notified. The Dignity Memorial Telephone
Card provides long-distance service, free of charge. Your loved
ones will appreciate the support they get from family and friends,
near and far.
Personal
Planning Guide
This valuable booklet will document all of your
funeral or cremation wishes whether it be a particular reading or
song or even the flowers you prefer. It also documents additional
family information such as military history, family heritage, estate
information, insurance coverage, and an inventory of personal property.
The Personal Planning Guide is an important reference document for
your family and heirs.
Bereavement Travel
Service
As a benefit for selecting a Dignity Memorial® funeral,
cremation or cemetery provider, members of the family of the
deceased
are eligible to use the Dignity Memorial Travel Desk to arrange
travel to their arrangement conference, funeral, memorial or graveside
service.
Dignity Memorial Family Support Benefits*:
24-Hour Compassion HelplineSM
The Compassion Helpline is a service offered through
Dignity Memorial providers to help those in grief. It gives you
somewhere to turn for help, especially if those who normally support
you, like clergy, family or friends are unavailable.
Everlasting Memorial® (MeM.com) Internet Memorial/Archive
An Everlasting Memorial provides the ultimate way
to preserve and share a beautiful life story. Your Dignity Memorial
provider can help you to archive writings, pictures and other images
that capture and document the essence of your loved one electronically,
essentially developing your own web page memorial. It is a window
into a life to be shared across the oceans and beyond the boundaries
of lifetimes that will allow your
grandchildren and future generations to read, understand, enjoy
and remember.
Legal Services Membership
Membership is provided in a legal services plan
for one year. All eligible family members have access to a number
of paid-in-full and reduced-rate
legal services. Paid-in-full benefits include unlimited telephone
consultations on all legal matters, preparation of important legal
documents such as simple Wills and Powers of Attorney, and letters
and phone calls made on your behalf to help resolve third party
problems.
Aftercare® Planner
Managing business affairs and closing an estate
after the loss of a loved one can be a daunting process. Unfortunately,
many of these details require immediate attention. The Aftercare
Planner is a comprehensive guide that provides a step-by-step organizational
system to help you simplify and prioritize the tasks at hand.
* Benefits vary by plan selected. Merchandise and
services provided may be slightly different in some markets.
The
Aftercare Planner may not be deemed to be rendering legal, financial,
or other professional advice. No substitutions or deletions
of merchandise
or service permitted. A funeral establishment's complete General
Price List including other services and merchandise is available
at any Dignity Memorial provider.
