The Dignity Memorial® Bereavement Travel Program’s benefits
include:
1. As a benefit for selecting a Dignity Memorial
provider, four members of the immediate family of the deceased are
eligible to receive special savings on airfares offered through
the Dignity Memorial Bereavement Travel Program to travel to attend
a funeral, memorial, or graveside service.
In addition, should you select a Dignity Memorial
Funeral or Cremation Plan, you will be able to extend the travel
benefit to include all family members and friends, as well as make
return trips to settle estate matters and family business.
2. Significant savings on airline travel across
the United States, and to and from international destinations, including
Canada. These savings may be lower than the standard airline “bereavement”
travel fares and have fewer restrictions.
3. Assistance from professional travel agents who
can help you to make travel arrangements. This service is available
seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
4. All airfares ticketed through the Dignity Memorial
Travel Desk qualify for frequent flyer program benefits.
This information will be provided to you at the time that you make
your arrangements. You can then share this information with your
family and friends who will be traveling to attend the service.
* The Dignity Memorial Bereavement Travel Program may not be available
through all airlines. Certain restrictions may apply. Travel
agents
can only accept payment by major credit cards. Travel services
provided through Navigant International.
